BCRP: Rec and School Space Priority and Permitting

This policy applies to all Baltimore County Department of Recreation and Parks (BCRP) staff and members of the public who submit permit requests for BCRP owned and operated recreation facilities and Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS) sites.

Policy Statement

The Baltimore County Department of Recreation and Parks is committed to maximizing recreational opportunities for all Baltimore County residents and visitors. The permit priority guidelines for community parks, BCPS sites, and regional parks are designed to work collaboratively to ensure fair, consistent, and efficient access to facilities and to support a wide range of recreational programs and activities.
