BCRP: Facility Use Permit Application

Permit Request Process

All permit requests for the Baltimore County Department of Recreation and Parks (BCRP), Recreation Council (RC) In-House, RC Travel/Club, Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS), and the general public must be submitted using a Facility Use Permit Application. The completed application should be emailed to the CRC Permitting Team, who will enter the request into the CivicRec platform for processing.

Once the permit request window closes, Recreation and Parks (R&P) staff will have five (5) business days to approve, deny, or modify requests and record the permitted dates in the CivicRec calendar.

Upon approval, an email confirmation will be sent to the applicant, including the official permit that outlines the approved location(s), date(s), and time(s) of use. This permit must be retained and available for presentation upon request during the permitted activity.
