The Cockeysville Rec Council is excited to launch a new summer opportunity for young female athletes:

Athletic Performance Summer Training for Female Athletes

Designed for rising 7th–12th grade girls of all sports and all skill levels, this program helps athletes build strength, speed, and confidence in a positive, structured training environment.

This summer series focuses on long-term athletic development while intentionally creating a welcoming and comfortable environment where female athletes can train together, support one another, and grow with confidence.

💪 Training Focus:

  • Speed & agility development
  • Functional strength training
  • Conditioning & endurance work
  • Injury prevention & mobility
  • Confidence & athletic mindset

📅 Program Details:

  • 75-minute training sessions
  • Tuesdays & Thursdays throughout the summer
  • 7 AM - 8:15 AM
  • June 23 - August 6 (14 sessions)
  • County Home Park
  • Athletes can pick and choose which morning sessions they would like to attend
  • Morning group training format
  • Open to multi-sport athletes and all experience levels


Cost: $125 total

Whether you’re looking to prepare for your fall season or just stay active during the summer months, this program is designed to help athletes stay strong, healthy, and confident.
