The Maryland Black Ice travel program was founder by CV Rec Travel Softball Commissioner Keith Calta in 2008. The program fields teams from 10u to 18u focusing on skill preparation for players wishing to play in HS and at the College level. MBI has hosted many college camps since 2009 drawing some of the best college coaches on the East Coast. Our camp draws over a hundred players each year from NC PC VA OH NJ NY CT NH RI NE. The MBI program has helped many players achieve their goal of playing at the next level.
