The Cockeysville Community Center has rental/meeting space for groups and private parties.
The gym also can be rented if it is available.
Our Rental rates are:
15.00 an hour for the Community Room
30.00 an hour for the Gym
and 18.00 per hour for staffing.

. This rental request is NOT Confirming or booking your date. Do not invite your guests until you have a completed permit and the room is paid in full.
A permit will be written up for your event.
The Community Supervisor evaluates your request and checks with multiple issues for dates. When this request is signed by the supervisor, it will be emailed back to you.
At that time you will be given instructions on payment.

Facility Rules
2 Money orders are due to the Recreation and Parks Office in order to hold your room request.
We need two separate money orders made payable to Baltimore County.
For facility use- 15.00 per hour (30.00 per hour for the gym)
For staff -18.00 per hour (unless additional staff needed)
A $50.00 security deposit is required for all outside rentals. This will be returned to you if the room is left clean and undamaged.
NO RESERVATION WILL BE HELD UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE IN FULL
Your scheduled time INCLUDES SET UP AND BREAK DOWN. YOU MUST BE COMPLETELY CLEANED UP AND OUT OF THE BUILDING BY YOUR END TIME.
Room rentals need to be scheduled at least 2 weeks prior to the event, unless special permission has been granted.
No approved permits without signatures.
No selling of materials or goods on Recreation and Parks property.
Cooking of any kind is NOT allowed on Baltimore County property. This includes popcorn machines, fry pans, and deep fryers. Alcohol and smoking are not permitted. NO FOOD or DRINKS in the gym (Water is permitted)
Renters are responsible for removal of trash and sweeping of room prior to leaving.
